As keen supporters of grass roots golf, our junior section is an important part of life here at Bentham Golf Course.

Junior Coaching Sessions:
Our group clinics aim to get youngsters ready to play golf on the course, either for fun and exercise or competitively.
There are two different classes and these will take place every other weekend. The cost is £6 per session
Saturday:
1pm – 1:50pm
2pm – 2:50pm
Sunday:
12pm – 12:50pm
1pm – 1:50pm
The sessions cover:
- Full swing
- Pitching
- Chipping
- Putting
- On Course play
- “Competitions”
- Fun!
Golf Sixes
Bentham Juniors are now involved in The Golf Foundations ‘Golf Sixes League’.
GolfSixes League involves teams of 6, playing six holes in pairs using the highly inclusive Texas Scramble format. This format is designed for non-handicap players, or 37 and above.
Our Junior team members will play on a number of local courses, gaining a whole host of experience and social opportunities.

Individual Junior Lessons
Individual lessons are available with our PGA Professional Sophie Daws and these can be taken alongside the group sessions or independent of them.
30 minute junior lesson: £20
4 x 30min junior lesson: £60
